Maritim proArte Hotel Berlin

This place is no bargain, but then if you want to stay in the middle of the city, you are going to have to pay a bit more anyway. Originally built during the communist East German era, the Maritim was completely renovated in the 1990s and now boasts the highest standards. The interior is modern and stylish; the foyer, bar and restaurant are decorated with modern art and designer furniture. Unter den Linden , the city's most prestigious boulevard, and Oranienburger Straße , the street that never sleeps, are just a short distance away.
